You may exchange unused items, in original condition, within 30 days for store merchandise only.
You are responsible to pay for return shipping costs and to ship you the new item(s) in exchange.
Once we receive your returned item and instructions of what you would like in return, you can expect to receive the replacement merchandise within two weeks or sooner. If there is an issue or out-of-stock or backordered item, we will contact you.
If there is not an item you wish in exchange at that time, we will issue you a credit to be used within one year of issue.
Please always be sure to include your name, phone number and email address, along with instructions, with your return.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International shipping destinations will require us to contact you with a shipping quote. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please understand these are estimate. Some shipping estimates may have to be recalculated based on unusual weight, dimensions or if they are to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally. If the shipping charge is more then what the estimate shows upon ordering, you will be notified before we process the order or your credit card.
